hoped that this will prove to offer something different to the usual Travel
pages, as it combines my interests (glaciers, mountains, fells & caves)
with travel information, in the form of extensive travelogues of my exploits
in several of the more 'unusual' locations known to man.</b>
<p><b>Via the pages of this site, then, all are welcome to visit the cold,
warm, dry, wet, calm, windswept (often VERY windswept!) but always majestic
lands north of Scotland that constantly, no matter what the weather, defy
belief.</b>
